I have a message in to the guys at Serrato Signs about the colors - I think the background behind the word Sprout is supposed to be white like my logo, so keep that in mind. The sign will be 3' x 5'.
So what do you think? Any preferences/suggestions?

We like the bottom left version but would suggest using the brown section at the bottom (like the upper left version) just not sticking out at all so it is all in line with the rest of the sign. Hope that makes sense.

I think the top left on is most eye-catching and substantial...
I like the top left, it just caught my eye and looked the best. The differences really are very subtle.

Now that you know I'm biased, my vote is for the top left. :)
I like either the top left or bottom right. Either one of them looks good to me. Top left is more eye catching while bottom right is more subtle.

Top left has a nice substanial feel. I love it!
I would go with either the top left or bottom right. I like the way the brown frames the sign in the same color as the logo.
I prefer the bottom right. It somehow seems quirky and classic at the same time.
